Superfluid Grout is a pre-mixed cement based product with admixtures to give you a consistent performance. The powder when mixed with the specified amount of water, produces a non-shrink high-performance flowable grout for establishing firm foundations.

Superfluid grout is a blend of Portland cements, graded silica sands, silica fume, water reducing agents and expansive agents. The major benefit of using a premixed flowable grout is that by having it premixed, you will get consistency and repeatable performance characteristics.

Typical uses for Superfluid Grout are:

• For the repair and protection of reinforced concrete structures.
• For the filling and sealing of voids, and general purpose grouting.
• Load bearing applications: under heavy machine baseplates, structural baseplates, bridge bearing seats, crane rail tracks, generators and compressors.
• Holding down assemblies, anchor bolts and starter bars.

The benefits of using the product are: 

• Designed to the Department of Transport Specification for Highway Works.
• Portland cement based, microsilica enhanced and shrinkage compensated.
• Quickly and easily mixed with water.
• Fluid flow consistency promotes penetration into confined spaces, cracked surfaces, and damaged concrete substrates.
• The grout will not segregate or bleed, and is readily pumpable.
• The grout develops excellent bond strength, and good mechanical strengths.
• Formulated using low alkali cements; equivalent sodium oxide content below 3.0kg/m³.

• High yielding, economical, non flammable, non toxic, odour free, user friendly and safe to use.
• Superfluid Grout is supplied as a 25kg bag from which you can produce approx 12 litres of wet product. One litre of product will cover 1m2 @ 1mm thickness.
