Product Coverage
A 500cc pack is sufficient for use with 4 No. Halfen Unistrut A4-80 30mm Ø socket insert, Ref: TD 206 MD 01 B. Fixed in a 36mm Ø, 235mm deep diamond drilled hole.
How to use
Preperation
Detailed preparation for the installation of parapet anchorages is indicated in
PD/3543/TD. Copies available from Rotafix and Halfen Unistrut Technical Departments.
Holes for the 30mm Ø socket insert should be drilled minimum 36mm Ø (for a 3mm grout anulus) and maximum 38mm Ø. Holes must be clean, free from grease and concrete drilling paste. Dampness can be tolerated. The anchors used for Parapets should be
Halfen's socket insert Specification TD206/1 as shown on data sheet TD 206 MD 01 B.
Mixing
Add the contents of container B to the contents of container A and mix thoroughly in order to obtain a uniform grey colour. The resulting mix should be poured or pumped into place and the socket insert installed all within 20 minutes of commencement of mixing, assuming a temperature of 15°c.
Using the tongue depressor supplied, scoop the base contents one third at a time into the
hardener. The material must be thoroughly mixed between each addition of the base.
